  • While users are encouraged to keep their job listings up-to-date and accurate, edits are intended for minor updates, corrections, or improvements to the job listing. The system should not be exploited to create substantially new job listings or to gain unfair visibility through constant refreshes.

3. Job Listings:

Employer

  • Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of job listings.
  • The Site reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any job listing that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate or of low quality.

Candidate

  • Job seekers are encouraged to verify the details of job listings before applying.
  • The Site does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by employers.

4. Application Process:

  • Candidates may apply to job listings through The Site, and Employers may review and manage applications through their accounts, on The Site or external service.

5. User Content:

  • Users may submit content, including but not limited to job listings, resumes, and comments.
  • Users retain ownership of their content but grant The Site a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute user-generated content.

6. Privacy Policy:

  • The Site respects user privacy.

7. Intellectual Property:

  • The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Site and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
